You made an awesome choice here with the Phoenix as it's as good as it gets for an A-frame jack. The thing cooks in regards to travel (at least relative to trailer jacks), extending 6" in 9-1/2 seconds.

To get the hub face to hub face dimensions on your Magic Jack trailer axle you'll want to put the trailer on jack stands so that you can take the wheels off and then measure from one hub face to the other hub face.

There's unfortunately not a guide to tell us the sizing of your trailer's jack pads so you'll want to measure and note the shape of each pad. I've run into numerous situations where the front and rear pads were either different sizes or shapes to work with the space available.

There can be weight applied to the tow vehicle, so to measure tongue weight for weight distribution at a commercial scale, what you want to do is, with your vehicle and trailer fully loaded like you're headed on a trip, drive on to the scale with all 4 wheels of the truck and record the weight of the truck with the trailer attached.

Regardless, the Stromberg Carlson Electric A-Frame Tongue Jack - 2,500 lbs # JET-2500 will be more than enough for your travel trailer. Even the heaviest of the models wouldn't come close to 2,500 lbs of tongue weight. Hello Jack. It is quite possible that we will have a replacement window seal for your 2009 Sunset Creek travel trailer. I do not have a way to look up exactly what size and shape of seal you would need though. Generally, when replacing this kind of seal, we would get dimensions and a profile of the current seal, and try to find a match.

Hey Larry, so I can help but I don't know exactly what spring you will need. We will need to know the axle capacity that his on your Forest River and the length of the spring. To get the length the best way is to remove it altogether but otherwise you can can jack up the frame of the trailer to get the load off the springs and then measure from bolt hole center to bolt hole center keeping in mind that springs tend to stretch a little bit as they wear out. view full answer...
For a 26" long replacement spring, I recommend the 6-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 6,000-lb Trailer Axles item # e94SR. This spring works with 6,000 lbs axles and each spring has a 3,000 lbs capacity.
To confirm this is the correct spring you will want to measure your current springs with the weight off of them. They'll stretch out over time so the best way to get an accurate measurement is to jack up one side of your trailer and measure the springs from eye bolt to eye bolt. There's no database of what size springs are on your Jayco trailer so you'll need to take a measurement. To start out with you'll need to jack one side of your trailer up to get the weight off of the suspension. The springs stretch out through the years of use so taking the weight off of them stops this.

In order to find the correct replacement leaf springs for your trailer we'll need to know the eye-to-eye measurement of the spring. You'll want to loosen the lug nuts on one wheel and then jack up that side of the trailer by the frame to remove the wheel and let the axle hang. You'll then measure from the center of one eyelet to the center of the other eyelet to find the length.

Without knowing the exact weights for your trailer and assuming you have a 2" receiver we do have the Gen-Y Hitch Extender # GY89SR. The extender is going to add 14" of length to your ball mount and with the 13" you have for clearance on the trailer this should allow you to clear your tailgate.
